Learn to Drive with driving school in Stratford

Depending on how quickly you want to proceed through the course, driving school in Stratford can offer 1 hour, 1 1/2 hour or 2 hour lessons. However, experience has shown that you retain more information and learn more if you receive at least 90 minutes of instruction at a time. Most students prefer to have a two-hour lesson once a week but the choice is yours.

On average nationally, it takes a new driver 40 to 45 hours of instruction to reach test standard, although its not unusual for those with a natural aptitude to take considerably less. We can tailor a plan to fit your needs enabling you to complete the required instruction as quickly and as safely as possible. We will help with your theory and hazard perception tests and will do everything we can to prepare you for the practical driving test.

Pupils can be collected from home, school, college or the workplace and dropped off wherever convenient. All instruction is one-to-one so there will be nobody looking over your shoulder. Over a course of lessons you will develop skills in areas such as:

Use of controls Starting and stopping
The emergency stop Dealing with basic junctions
Crossroads, hills and roundabouts Town centre and rural driving
Progressive and Independant Driving Dual carriageways & fast driving
Manoeuvres: straight line reversing, reserving to the left, turn in the road, bay and parallel parking.

Mock Driving tests are carried out to assess your ability and to make sure you are ready for the real thing.

Intensive courses are available for those who want to learn at a faster pace. If you want to contact Right driving driving school in Stratford for further information or if you have any questions regarding your driving timetable please call us.

Intensive Automatic Driving Lessons

One of the most popular developments in recent years is the opportunity to take intensive lessons for those people wanting to fast track their learning process.

For many people an intensive course provides a quick way of gaining their driving licence reducing the learning process from a few months into just a few weeks! Typically the whole process can take approx 6/8 weeks from start to finish depending on when we can get a test date from the local DSA test centre for you and your availability.
